What does Pipe Relining mean?
Pipe
Relining is the latest method of repairing existing pipework from
within the pipe itself. This is done by using the latest
trenchless technology to insert a strong, long lasting inner sleeve
within the existing pipe.
What is the Pipe Relining Process?
- Clearing of pipe with High Pressure water jetter
- Identify the Problem - Carry out a Camera inspection to
determine the problem and recommend the best solution for your specific
situation
- Install the Liner. This is done by measuring the length of liner required then:
- Mixing our epoxy resin and impregnate our non-woven polyester liner
- Invert our liner into the existing pipe work
- Inflate and cure our liner (curing takes approximately 1hr)
- The liner is now fully cured and able to be used

The finished product withstands every corrosive environment, as well as the test of time, thus eliminating any future need for excavation. The life expectancy of The Trenchless co liner is over 50 years.

called Trenchless out late on Friday afternoon to look at relining an
old 100mm earthenware pipe 12m long down a tight passageway on the side
of a house in West Pymble. The drain had dropped
and was 800mm deep with several large trees protecting it from ever
being dug up. A re-route was not an
option. Early the following week an efficient
crew arrived and shot a new liner through the old
pipes. They were gone by mid afternoon the same
day and left the site as it was when they
arrived. The service was professional and the
operators were a pleasure to deal with. We have
been using Trenchless for our relining needs for the last 5 years and
would recommend them to another contractor."
